Environmental (E): Focuses on a company's environmental impact, including carbon footprint, energy consumption, waste management.

Social (S): Evaluates a company's relationships with employees, customers, communities and social contributions such as labor practices, diversity and social inclusion.

Governance (G): Refers to company structure, leadership, ethical behavior and compliance with rules, ensuring transparency and accountability.
